How does buying tyres online from Hyper Drive work?

Choosing your new tyres
Buying tyres has never been so quick and easy.

To start, choose the tyre size you need for your vehicle on our website www.hyperdrive.co.nz. This is easy by using our number plate search. You simply enter your registration number into the appropriate field on our search tool. Our system will check this against a database to find your car make and model and will come up with the tyre size your vehicle requires.

If you already know the tyre size, you can enter the width, profile and rim size into the manual search.

Once we know the required tyre size for your vehicle, you will be shown the tyres we have in stock in that size.

Our detailed search results will give you all the necessary information about each tyre option available.

Checkout / Promo Codes

Once you have chosen the new tyres and selected the quantity you need, click the add to cart button. You will then see a 'Added to Cart' confirmation screen where you can choose to either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. Click 'Checkout’ and it will display the contents of your cart so you can check your order. At this point you can also add a Promo Code if you have one.

Customer Information

With your cart and promo codes confirmed, you can then ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and enter your personal and payment information.

Personal details (name, phone number, email) are required prior to getting a final order review.  Instructions and delivery address details automatically come up so you don’t need to worry about filling this out. If you have already purchaased from Hyper Drive enter your email address and password otherwise click 'I am a new customer' and fill out the required information.

If you are a new customer you will be prompted to enter your email address.

You're now ready to proceed to the booking screen. You will have a few different Authorised Installer locations to choose from depending what area you live in. You are also free to choose the day and time that best suits you to have them fitted. Once you have filled out all the details you will notice the the installation cost will be added to your order on the right. This price includes the removal of old tyre(s), fitting of the new tyre(s), new tubeless valve(s) and disposal of your old tyre(s). Once you are happy with all the details click 'Proceed with booking'

You will come to a review screen where you can double check all your information before proceeding to the payment option.

Payment

Simply complete the order by choosing from one of our Secure Payment options. This is a standard form.

Keeping you informed

Once your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email of your order

You will also recieve booking confirmation email which will include your chosen Authorised Installer, date and time of booking.
